Via onderstaand formulier kunt u het shirt voor uw kind bestellen. Het voetjebal shirt is er in maat 104, 116, 128, 140 en 152. Dit tenue zit inbegrepen bij de administratiekosten. Daarnaast heeft u nog de optie om extra Voetjebal sokken te kopen.
